Background
The top priority of our organization,
the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, is the education
of our 400,000 member nurses, helping them stay up-to-date in
the latest technology and treatment techniques. When I see great
technology in action, and by this I mean Salesplace, I am more
than happy to talk about it.

We are extremely satisfied
with the value that we've received from the Salesplace Team.
They have definitely delivered on their commitment to help AACN
staff to successfully grow the ECCO program based on standardized
processes and effective use of technology. There's no question
that they have a quality CRM solution. The big question to us
was whether they could seamlessly integrate it with both our
front end, to capture information directly from the AACN website,
and our back office Oracle Member database to create a seamless
end-to-end system. They pulled it off on time and on budget.
Speaking of value, one of the things that we appreciated most about Salesplace
is the fact that they help us leverage our investment in the Lotus Notes/Domino
environment. Not only does Salesplace completely integrate with the Lotus mail
and calendar, but also now we have extended the value of our IBM Lotus Domino
investment from simply managing our email to now managing our whole front office,
including sales, marketing and customer service.
