Background
Our company is one of the largest equity capital advisory firms based in New York, with offices in Boston, Washington, San Diego and Miami. We represent some of the most prominent property owners across the country in closing close to $ 2 billion worth of complex financial transactions in the capital markets this year. However, when it comes right down to it, we are a personal service business. Our core strengths are our talented people and our team environment – both of which have enabled us to expand in the competitive capital markets game. Our challenge was that we found that our team was not collaborating effectively. We had critical customer, financial and property data, scattered in different systems and no cohesive communication platform to keep us all working together. The Salesplace CRM solution, including the Lotus Notes email and calendar engine, has helped us work significantly better as a team.
