("Interchange"), the makers of Salesplace CRM for Lotus Notes and BlackBerry, reported today that Lotusphere 2008 – IBM’s 15’th annual conference on the current state and future of collaboration – was a tremendous success!! “This year at Lotusphere, Interchange Solutions Inc. was officially recognized by Lotus for fully enabling our Salesplace CRM solution for Lotus Notes and Domino 8”, said Mark Durst, President of Interchange. “Lotus Notes 8 software has been called the ‘desktop of the future’ and we are very proud to unveil our latest version of Salesplace specifically designed for this environment which transforms the inbox into an integrated workspace.”

During Lotusphere, Lotus also announced additional mobile support which they expect to greatly increase the mobile ecosystem for Lotus Notes and Domino. “Salesplace is well positioned to take advantage of the growth in this mobile ecosystem”, added Mark Durst. “Our message at Lotusphere this year was to ‘GO Mobile with Salesplace’ and we featured our latest Salesplace Edition for BlackBerry smartphones. To encourage Lotusphere attendees to learn how to ‘GO Mobile with Salesplace’, Interchange Solutions ran a contest with the grand prize of a 2008 MINI Cooper!! The contest was a huge success with thousands of participants wearing their ‘GO Mobile with Salesplace’ pins to qualify. Seven of the twenty five finalists were selected during our early bird draw on Monday night during the Lotusphere Product Showcase Reception. The remaining 18 finalists were selected during 18 separate draws held during the Wednesday night Lotusphere party from participants that were randomly selected and were wearing our ‘GO Mobile with Salesplace’ pins. And finally, our grand prize draw was held between our 25 finalists at 9:30pm during the Wednesday night Lotusphere party.
