Salesplace CRM launches Salesplace Dashboard Reporting powered by IntelliPRINT

MARKHAM, ONTARIO, January 19, 2009 – Interchange Solutions Inc., developers of Salesplace CRM for Lotus Notes and BlackBerry, today announced a partnership with Synaptris, a global market leader for information management in the IBM Lotus Notes and Domino applications space, to offer Salesplace Dashboard Reporting powered by IntelliPRINT. 

Salesplace Dashboard Reporting is an optional Salesplace module which fully integrates the award-winning IntelliPRINT Dashboard Reporting tool into Salesplace. It enables Salesplace users to create interactive dashboard widgets – such as charts, tables and pivot tables – directly within Salesplace, and visualize their data as interactive reports with embedded analysis capability. It also enables users to view graphical dashboards within Salesplace on BlackBerry® for true on-demand reporting and analysis.

SEAMLESS INTEGRATION WITHIN SALESPLACE
Available within the Salesplace Lotus Notes Client, Salesplace Dashboard Reporting allows users to create, visualize and analyze dashboard reports directly within the Salesplace interface. Users do not need to export data from Salesplace in order to manipulate or visualize the data.

CONTEXTUAL BUSINESS REPORTING
Seamless integration of real time Dashboard reports within Salesplace provides users with reports that are contextual to Salesplace and not a separate workflow/business process.

DATA FROM MULTIPLE DATABASES
Developers can create dashboard reports with data from 2 different Salesplace databases/views that are linked using a common field.

REAL-TIME AND DYNAMIC DATA
Dashboard reports can retrieve data from Salesplace in real-time and can be setup to refresh data at pre-defined intervals.

EASYWIDGET and REPORT CREATION
Create Chart, Pivot and Table Dashboard objects (Widgets) using the user-friendly wizard interface. Also, users can create a variety of dashboard reports by dragging and dropping up to 4 Widgets in a report.

VIEW UNDERLYING DASHBOARD DATA
Explore visual data presented in the Dashboard report and if required can choose to isolate the underlying data set that is being represented in the widget as a table. They are also able to open the associated Salesplace Document by selecting the relevant row in the table.

EXPORT DASHBOARD REPORTS
Export reports to popular formats like PDF, JPEG etc. and email them directly from the Salesplace client. Users can also export the underlying widget data to Excel from the Table View.
